Real Spa & Health Club Reservations
Please reserve your treatment(s) or programs(s) in advance by dialling ext: 45243 from your room or directly to the telephone number (+351) 289 540 069, if you are outside the Hotel; you can also visit the Real Spa & Health Club reception. You may as well, contact us to the e-mail address spa.hc@realbellavista.com or visit our website in www.realhotelsgroup.com.

Spa Arrival
We are happy to invite you to arrive at the Spa reception at least 30 minutes prior to your treatment reservation, to enroll yourself and serenely prepare yourself for your treatment. We remind that late arrivals will not receive an extension to their treatment time. If you are late, please contact us to schedule your treatment to a more convenient time.

Cancellations
Please allow 48 hours notice for cancellations or schedule of treatments to avoid a 50% charge.

Spa Etiquette
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect other guest’s serenity by not using mobile phones or electronic devices. Meals, smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Spa facilities.

Age Required
Young adults under the age of 16 are welcome to visit the Real Spa & Health Club. However, if wishing to use ours services they must be accompanied by an adult, a responsibility term must be signed and he/she will have to pass by an interview with the Spa Doctor.
