Medical Evaluation
The Real Spa Marine has a Medical Office to provide support as well as to advise you about all the Treatments and Programmes. If you are pregnant or have any health condition, some of our treatments might not be recommendable.
Real Spa Marine Reservations
Please book your treatment(s) or programme(s) in advance by using the internal telephone from your room (34510); to the telephone number (+351) 210 966 020, if you are outside the hotel or by visiting the Spa Convenience. You may as well contact us by e-mail to spa.villaitalia@hoteisreal.com or visit our site in www.realhotelsgroup.com. Special health conditions or medication should be reported upon reservation. Our Spa facilities are prepared to welcome people with any kind of disability.
Spa Etiquette
Our Spa environment is a place of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect other guests’ serenity by not using mobile phones or electronic devices. Meals, smoking and alcoholic beverages are not allowed within the Spa facilities. In the Spa area, be aware of other guests. Please maintain silence and conversations at a low voice. Use the kind of clothing that makes you feel more comfortable. The Spa will place at your disposal bathrobes, towels and slippers.
Spa Arrival
We are happy to invite you to arrive at the Spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment reservation, in order to enrol and calmly prepare yourself for the treatment. We remind that late arrivals will not receive an extension to treatment time. If you are late, please contact us to schedule your treatment to a more convenient time.
Cancellations
Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of treatments to avoid a 50% charge. If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, the total treatment charge will be applied.
Eco-Awareness
The environment is one of our top priorities. Please help us in that purpose by saving water and towels.
Age Requirement
The Real Spa Marine services are only allowed over the age of 16.
