Dear Sir, I have just returned to Ireland after having the most fantastic weeks holiday at your hotel. My wife and I were so impressed with the friendly helpfull approach of all your staff from the cleaners right through to the reception staff. We were given a suite for our stay and have never enjoyed so much luxury. I will be recommending your hotel and most of all your staff to all our friends and look forward to returning soon.
