Medical Avaluation
The Real Spa Thalasso disposes of a medical office to provide support as well as advice and information about all the treatments and programmes. If you are pregnant or have any health problem, you may not be able to have some of our treatments. Please schedule an appointment with our doctor for advice on the best treatment for you.
Spa & Thalasso Reservations
Please reserve your treatment(s) or programme(s) in advance by dialing ext. 50030 from your room, if you are a guest, or if you are not staying at the hotel and just visiting the Spa, phone (+351) 289 598 030. You may, as well, contact us to the mail adresse spa.grse@grandereal.com or visit our site in www.realhotelsgroup.com.
Spa Arrival
We would like to invite you to arrive at the Spa reception at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your treatment reservation, to check in and relax in preparation for your treatment. We remind that late arrivals will not receive an extension to their treatment time. If you are going to be late, please contact us to reschedule your treatment to a more convenient time.
Cancellations
Please allow 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of treatments. Cancellations after this time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total booked.
Spa Etiquette
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect other guests serenity by not using mobile phones or other electronic devices. Meals, smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Spa facilities.
Age Requirement
The Real Spa Thalasso services are only for people aged 16 years and over.
