Real Spa Thalasso, at Grande Real Santa Eulália Resort & Hotel Spa, has developed, under medical supervision, 6 cures for several pathologies, which can be relieved through Thalassoterapy: Rheumatism, Back pain, Anti-tobacco, Tired legs, Anti-cellulite, Detox, Well-being and Anti-stress. Consisting of individual and group treatments, each program will be tailormade and its composition determined after a medical evaluation.

THALASSOTHERAPY TREATMENTS

Hydro-Massage Aerobath
The use of sea water to restore and revitalize the body. Tissue oxygenation through cutaneous vessel dilation to improve circulation. An anti-spasm action. Total relaxation.

Thalasso Capsule
Press therapy and frigitherapy principles combined with sea water hydro-massage, increasing circulation, helping legs feel less tired, calming the nervous system, improving the lymphatic system and reducing the appearance of cellulite.

Cocoon
Tissue oxygenation through coetaneous vessel. A therapy that uses color (chromo therapy), vapor with essential oils (Aromatherapy), or seaweed and sea mud body masks or chocolate.

Vichy Shower
A massage shower. A spray of warm sea water (38ºC). Total relaxation which is enhanced by a manual massage made by two or four hands.

Scottish Shower – Jet Shower
Sea water jet, with variable pressure, in temperatures between 37ºC and 42ºC. It is especially good to relieve sore muscles, stimulate circulation and reduce cellulite.
