THALASSOTHERAPY TREATMENTS
Hydro- Massage Aerobath
The use of sea water to restore and revitalize the body. Tissue oxygenation through cutaneous vessel dilation to improve circulation. An anti-spasm action. Total relaxation.
Cocoon
Tissue oxygenation through coetaneous vessel. A therapy that uses color (chromo therapy), vapor with essential oils (Aromatherapy), or seaweed and sea mud body masks or chocolate.
Vichy Shower
A massage shower. A spray of warm sea water (38ºc). Total relaxation which is enhanced by a manual massage made by two or four hands.
Scottish Shower – Jet Shower
Sea water jet, with variable pressure, in temperatures between 37ºC and 42ºC. It is especially good to relieve sore muscles, stimulate circulation and reduce cellulite.
