Real Wellness Health Club - Rules and Etiquette
Medical Evaluation
In your first visit to the gym, our staff will ask you to submit a medical certificate, which proves your ability to attend it. When making an appointment for any of our treatments, please inform us if you have any health problem or are under medication.
Reservations
Please book your treatment(s) or programme(s) in advance by using the internal telephone from your room (3348), if you are a Real Palacio Hotel guest. Also through the telephone number (+351) 213 199 500, if you are outside Real Palacio Hotel; visiting Real Wellness reception or sedding an email to healthclub@realpalacio.com. You may as well reserve directly in our website www.realspaandthalasso.com.
All treatments marked between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., enjoy a 10% discount over the selling price. This discount is not cumulative with the 10% discount apply to annual members.
Opening Hours
Real Wellness Health Club is open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Face and body treatments and massages are available from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Arrival
We are happy to invite you to arrive at the Health Club reception at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment reservation, in order to enroll and calmly prepare yourself for the treatment. We remind that late arrivals will not receive an extension to treatment time. If you are late, please contact us to schedule your treatment to a more convenient time.
Cancellation Policy
Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of treatments to avoid a 50% charge. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the total treatment charge will be applied. We remind that late arrivals will not receive any extension to treatment time. If you are late, please contact us to schedule your treatment to a more convenient time. In case of no-show, the total treatment value will be charged.
Hotel Guests
Access to Real Wellness is free to Real Palacio Hotel's guests. Customers of Real Parque Hotel and Real Residencia Suite Hotel enjoy a special price of € 20,00 per session. On the access is only included the Gymnasium, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Turkish Bath use. Facial and body treatments, massage and esthetic services are charged separately.
All services and treatments sold in the Health Club may be charged into Real Palacio’s guests current account. Learn how, with the reception.
Real Wellness Health Club Clients
When making any treatment and/or massage, you will have free access to Sauna, Jacuzzi and Turkish Bath. If you only want to use the Gym, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Turkish Bath, without acquiring any treatment or massage, you may do so upon payment of a utilization rate of €25,00 per session. Sauna, Jacuzzi and Turkish Bath
We recommend a Sauna or Turkish Bath session before beginning your treatment (except depilation). The thermal experiences begin the process of body and mind relaxation and prepare your muscles for receiving the treatment. A swimsuit must be worn, when using this services.
Set of Treatments
If you purchase a set of ten treatments, the tenth will be complementary.
Operation Rules
Real Wellness Gym is not allowed to children under 16 years old. Children under 16 may use other Health Club services (Sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish Bath and Massages) only with parental authorization and supervision. Real Wellness reserves the right to refuse admission and to perform services to any person showing risk factors, as well as to change the internal rules and services prices without notice.
Health Club Etiquette
Our Health Club environment is a place of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect other guests’ serenity by not using mobile phones or electronic devices. Meals, smoking and alcoholic beverages are not allowed within the Health Club facilities.
Be aware of other guests. Maintain silence or keep a low voice conversation.
Use the kind of clothing that makes you feel more comfortable.
Real Wellness Services
Real Wellness Health Club provides robes, towels, slippers and toilet articles (shampoo, shower gel, body milk). There are lockers, where you can store your goods, and hair dryers. The key to the locker will be in your possession during the time you remain in the Health Club.
All Reall Wellness Health Club clients enjoy 2 hours of free parking per session, in Real Palacio Hotel parking.
